We found Tonka in terrible condition—starving and covered in wounds. Today, she’s a joyful, affectionate orange beauty. She loves people, walks calmly on a leash, and knows how to sit on command. She doesn’t like to share her humans with other dogs though—she’s quite territorial and reactive. Tonka gives the sweetest kisses and, believe it or not, she’s a talker! Not barking, but a kind of mumbling you really have to hear for yourself.
She is looking for an experienced owner who can offer clear, consistent guidance — and who can appreciate sharing their personal space with someone who always wants to be as close to them as physically possible.
