Tinky-Winky is a cheerful, fluffy tornado. He loves people, loves to run, and treats every outing like an adventure. Always ready for a cuddle, he’s happiest when he’s part of the action. Brushing him isn’t a problem — he couldn’t enjoy the attention more. He’ll fit best with someone who likes movement, noise, and a dog that’s rarely still for long.
