Tinky-Winky has grown up at the shelter, and somehow never lost his joy in people.

He’s a medium-energy dog who enjoys being active, but also knows how to focus and settle. Walks with him are genuinely pleasant—he’s great on a leash, checks in with you often, and seems to really enjoy moving with his person rather than pulling ahead.

He’s incredibly affectionate and openly loving, the kind of dog who wants to be close and involved. He’s playful and friendly with other dogs, curious about the world, and clearly a smart boy. When you call his name, he sometimes pops up on his back legs to see you better—an impossibly cute habit that never gets old.

Tinky-Winky has been waiting since he was a puppy for a place to call home. He has so much love to give, and would make a family very, very happy.
