Fred started stealing hearts the moment he arrived at our shelter. He LOVES people and bonds quickly and deeply with volunteers - he cuddles up in bed with his friends whenever he can. Sadly though volunteers go home and Fred's heart breaks a bit every time.

He’s effortlessly good—deeply people-oriented, gentle, and amazing with other dogs, even helping the shy ones come out of their shells. He’s house-trained, well-mannered, and has a calm, funny way about him that makes you laugh without trying.

Fred is less than 20 kilos, relaxed, and confident in the best way, without ever being too much. He walks nicely on a leash, loves to run, play, and chase balls.

Everyone who meets Fred falls a little bit in love. It’s hard to understand how he’s still waiting—but he is, hoping to be noticed by his forever people (or at least someone kind with a warm place for him temporarily).
