Blacki is a gentle, shy senior boy who has been in the shelter for far too long and truly deserves a warm, peaceful home for his golden years. Life in the shelter can feel overwhelming for him, and he is often more comfortable keeping his distance from people, quietly doing his own thing.

He enjoys calmly roaming around the yard and observing the world at his own pace, especially when there is the possibility of a few tasty treats from the “scary humans” he is still learning to trust. Blacki doesn’t ask for much at all — just kindness, patience, and a safe space where he can finally relax.

What he would love most is a soft, warm bed in a quiet home, ideally without many other dogs and somewhere cosy where he can rest his older, aching joints in comfort. A gentle routine, short strolls into the garden, and above all something he has never truly had: the feeling of a real home where he is safe and cared for. 🐾
