Kea is a drop-dead gorgeous, happy and affectionate young girl who adores people—children included—and gets along beautifully with other dogs. When she’s out in the yard, she’ll bound over to you with the biggest smile, full of excitement and love. The moment you start petting her, she flops over onto her back for belly rubs, her tail wagging and that happy smile never fading.

At mealtime, Kea can be protective of her food around other dogs, but outside of feeding she’s gentle and friendly. She’s playful, a little goofy at times, and occasionally needs an extra moment to figure things out, which just adds to her charm.

Kea is still learning her leash manners, but she’s getting better fast. With her youth, eagerness to please, and sweet personality, she’s wonderfully trainable and ready to keep growing with a loving family.
